The resellers would be provided with a website including customized web and desktop Callback interface along with a number for SMS triggers. The Online Reseller Management tool will allow full control over this service, creating and enabling user, rate management, and PIN generation.
By using the Callback service the users will be able to provide 2 phone numbers. The number they want call from (origin number) and the number they want to call to (destination number). Once our switch receives both the numbers, it places 2 separate calls to both the numbers and joins them together, allowing both parties to have conversation. The user will be changed for each call separately based on the current effective rate.
