Customers will be able to sell Calling cards to users, which will carry the authorization information to place to place a call using the phone line that could connect the switch. Our Web Reseller Management tool will allow customers to automatically generate authentication codes which could be an easiest process for printing calling cards. All Voice Prompts (IVR) and billing will be done at the switches of Routes Inc.

Resellers would be provided with a branded website including an interface where devices could be added. The Online Reseller Management tool will allow full control over this service. The service will support the latest Phone or devices as well as the latest technologies (H323, SIP) and devices will be directly connected to your existing network or internet connection.

Once users sign for IP phone, will be assigned a phone number only for our network. Users will be able to make and receive calls from IP phone to IP phone. The user will be able to roam with the same IP phone number assigned.

This service is available worldwide to anyone with an internet connection, easy setup, just need a computer with a speaker and a microphone.

The resellers would be provided with a website including customized web and desktop Callback interface along with a number for SMS triggers. The Online Reseller Management tool will allow full control over this service, creating and enabling user, rate management, and PIN generation.

By using the Callback service the users will be able to provide 2 phone numbers. The number they want call from (origin number) and the number they want to call to (destination number). Once our switch receives both the numbers, it places 2 separate calls to both the numbers and joins them together, allowing both parties to have conversation. The user will be changed for each call separately based on the current effective rate.

we offer 3 types of Callback services:

   i.   Web Callback (for users experiencing low bandwidth)
   ii.  DID Callback (call could be triggered by getting a miss call)
   iii. SMS Callback (calls could be triggered by getting a formatted SMS)

We are offering all international destinations as wholesale termination or retail termination. This gives the advantage of being able to capture high volume of traffic.
